These are my favorite sensory-friendly products that support me both in and out of the studio. Whether you’re a dancer or not, I recommend them for any autistic adult looking for comfort, focus, or a little less overwhelm. Let me know if you have any additional autism-friendly products you like!

They help reduce harsh frequencies while keeping you aware of your surroundings. They would have really helped during those overstimulating Nutcracker party scene rehearsals with all the noise and chatter in a packed room.

They keep me warm during long rehearsals and are just as perfect for cozy regulation time at home. Soft, snug, and soothing—highly recommended whether you dance or just need comfort that doesn’t overwhelm.

They do run large: the one pictured is a small and it is still quite oversized.
With the Ono fidget toys, I don’t feel the need to get any other ones as they meet my fidgeting needs.
Its small size is discrete which makes it a great choice for use in the office or elsewhere outside of the house.
I love this length because it covers my Achilles and the bottom of my calf, which helps me feel more grounded and comfortable. Great for long days on your feet or anytime you need that extra bit of regulated pressure.
Since I developed Achilles tendonitis in 2023, I wear these in every ballet class. They provide great support and help reduce fatigue, so I can keep dancing comfortably. Plus, they fit well in ballet shoes without feeling bulky!
They still deliver solid, consistent pressure. I like how they hug my ankles and lower calves as it helps me feel more grounded and regulated throughout the day. Great for anyone who benefits from firm sensory input without breaking the bank.

It makes icing so much easier by covering all angles of my ankle without the hassle of strapping on multiple ice packs. It’s been a huge help in my post-class recovery routine!
