Ombre lovers, this one’s for you!

Apolla Joule Compression Socks

The Apolla Joule compression socks have been a must-have for me in ballet class.

Since I developed Achilles tendonitis in 2023, I wear these in every ballet class. They provide great support and help reduce fatigue, so I can keep dancing comfortably. Plus, they fit well in ballet shoes without feeling bulky!

Pink and Gold Tiara for Adults

I wore this beautiful pink and gold tiara for my Rose Queen soloist role in the Nutcracker!

It’s great quality at an affordable price and looked absolutely stunning on stage. The tiara is quite wide, making it perfect for adult heads. To keep it secure, I attached a pipe cleaner through both loops and then fastened it to my head with bobby pins which made it easier to pin in place!

Black Spandex Shorts

Who likes wearing tights in the summer? Not me, so I wear these instead!

In the summer, I swap out my tights for these black spandex shorts over my leotard and under my skirt to stay cool and comfortable.

Keeping your dancewear organized helps it stay in great condition and makes getting ready for class effortless. I like to hang my leotards and skirts to keep them wrinkle-free, and a dedicated tutu storage bag is a must for protecting delicate tulle. Bloch Dance Foot Roller and Massager

I just wish I’d bought it sooner! It’s perfect for relieving tight muscles in my arches after class and rehearsal, plus it’s small enough to toss in my dance bag.

Balance Pad

This cushioned balance pad is great for ankle and foot strengthening, stability work, and injury recovery.

I use it for exercises and balance drills to challenge control in a safe, low-impact way. A solid addition to any dancer’s at-home cross-training setup.

Dr. Motion Compression Socks

Dr. Motion compression socks give just the right hug: firm enough to feel supported, but not too tight.

I love this length because it covers my Achilles and the bottom of my calf, which helps me feel more grounded and comfortable. Great for long days on your feet or anytime you need that extra bit of regulated pressure.

After a ballet class or a long day of standing or walking, there’s nothing better than kicking back on the couch with this compression massager with heat.

It works magic on your feet and calves. It helps relieve muscle fatigue, improves circulation, and just feels amazing—basically the next best thing to a warm bath!

This ball has been a total game-changer for my hip flexor pain!

It’s so much more comfortable than a lacrosse ball to lie on for a deep hip flexor release, and it also feels amazing on my calves and quads.

I pop one of these yummy tablets into my water after every workout!

They help me stay hydrated and recover better, and I love the refreshing flavors.

Kinesiology Tape Roll

This latex-free stretchy kinesiology tape comes in a 16 ft roll and is available in many colors.

Leukotape P Rigid Strapping Sports Tape

This strapping tape provides excellent support and keeps me feeling secure during ballet class and rehearsal.

Mind Bodhi Toe Separators

These toe separators keep my feet happy and healthy!

Recommended to me by a physical therapist, they help realign my toes and relieve tension from tight ballet shoes. Comfy and easy to wear barefoot, with socks, or in shoes!

Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder

I drink this daily to help with my nutrition.

My physical therapist recommended Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder, and I’ve been drinking it every day mixed with my Greens First greens powder. It’s been helpful for my injury recovery, helping me increase my intake of collagen and protein daily.

Doctor’s Best High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate Lysinate

I take this magnesium supplement every night before bed to help with muscle recovery and improve my sleep.

It’s become a key part of my nighttime routine!

Arnicare Gel

I’ve gone through countless tubes of arnica gel over the years to help with muscle recovery and bruising.

As someone who bruises easily, this has been a staple in my routine!

Arnicare Meltaway Tablets

I’ve been using arnica tablets for a while now which are an NSAID-free option to help with muscle soreness and bruising.

I find them helpful in my recovery routine, especially after a tough workout or to speed up the healing of any bruises.

Arnica Meltaway Pellets

These arnica meltaway pellets are an alternative to the meltaway tablets.

These ones come in a small tube vs a blister pack, so it really comes down to personal preference!

Nutricost Whey Protein Powder

This milk chocolate flavored protein powder is an essential part of the start to my day!

It gets me 30g of protein first thing in the morning to ensure that I get enough protein each day to aid in my exercise and injury recovery efforts.

Creatine Powder

I supplement with this creatine powder to help with improving my energy, endurance and recovery.

I typically mix it with my chocolate protein powder.

Greens First Greens Superfood Powder

I’ve been drinking Greens First Powder daily for years!

It has a refreshing, minty taste and mixes really well with the collagen powder I use. With my nutritional challenges, this powder helps me get enough servings of vegetables every day, making it a staple in my routine.
